Who can place a wholesale order?+
Retail shops, online stores, craft studios and businesses looking for gifts, as well as wedding and event planners. Tell us a little about your business in the wholesale form and we will take it from there.
Which products are available wholesale?+
Every kit in our shop is available for wholesale orders. The Mail Club is a personal membership and is not available wholesale.
Is there a minimum order?+
No. There is no minimum order quantity for wholesale or custom orders. Tell us which products you would like and how many, and we will prepare a quote.
How is wholesale pricing worked out?+
Pricing depends on the products you choose and the quantities you need. Send us your request and we will reply with a quote for your order.
Can the kits carry our own logo and branding?+
Yes. For wholesale orders we can work with your logo and brand identity. You can also order our kits in bulk exactly as they appear in our shop.
What is the difference between wholesale and custom orders?+
A wholesale order is for our existing products, bought in quantity, with la Joie Atelier or your own branding. A custom order is a design made for you: the design and the materials follow your request, and the finished piece is made under the la Joie Atelier brand.
How long will my order take?+
It depends on the products, the quantities and, for custom work, how much the design changes. We will give you an estimated timeline together with your quote.
Do you ship wholesale and custom orders internationally?+
Yes. Wholesale and custom orders ship on the same shipping and duty terms as our regular orders. See our shipping and delivery policy.
