Refund policy

DIGITAL ITEMS:

Since digital products are delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations.

However, in case you’d like to request a refund for your digital order please contact us. We will do our best to help you.

PHYSICAL ITEMS:

All returns must be unworn, unused and in their original condition. Requests for returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the order.

Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the date your item was delivered.

Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. If there was a mistake on the part of la Joie Atelier, or in the case an item was faulty or damaged, client will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges. 

Your account will be credited, less shipping charges, within 10-15 business days of return receipt. All refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment.

la Joie Atelier is not responsible for any return packages not received if the shipping label provided is not used.

Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We cannot refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.
