DIGITAL ITEMS

For embroidery pattern and template purchases, no physical items will be shipped to you since they are digital download.

PHYSICAL ITEMS

We offer free shipping on all domestic and international orders.

Please note that orders placed with overnight shipping on Friday before 12pm will arrive in 1 business day on Monday. All orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed and shipped the following business day.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to the incorrect address. Please ensure that your address is correct when placing your order and that you will be available to receive your order upon delivery.

Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on national holidays. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day.

Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We cannot refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.
