Common questions

What is the la Joie Mail Club?+
A monthly membership. Each month we release one exclusive la Joie embroidery design — the Edition — and you receive it in the format you have chosen, along with a guided video tutorial.
Will I be charged automatically each month?+
No. We never charge your card automatically. The Month-to-Month membership is a single purchase of one Edition — we email you when the next one is ready and you choose whether to join again. The 3-month, 6-month and annual memberships are prepaid: one payment, and they do not auto-renew.
Do Physical and Digital members get different designs?+
No. Every Edition is one design. Physical and Digital members work the same design each month; only the format differs.
Which membership should I choose?+
If you would like the materials prepared and shipped to you, choose Physical. If you already have fabric and threads and would rather print the pattern yourself, choose Digital.
Can I see the design before I join?+
Yes. Each month’s Edition design is shown on both Mail Club pages before you join, and what each format contains is listed in full. This month’s Edition is Haunted Bookshelf.
Can international members join?+
Yes. Physical memberships include free worldwide shipping to our active markets. Digital memberships are delivered by email.
