In the box
- ◦ A printed self-adhesive, water-soluble Stick & Stitch pattern sheet. The design is not printed on the fabric. Peel it, place it, stitch through it, then rinse the paper away.
- ◦ Fabric in the color you choose — 100% cotton or 100% linen. Those are the only two fabrics we use.
- ◦ DMC embroidery threads, selected for this design.
- ◦ A real wooden embroidery hoop — never plastic made to look like wood — and an embroidery needle.
- ◦ Felt backing fabric, so the finished piece is ready to hang.
- ◦ A guide written for this design — reference image, stitching guide and DMC thread color guide.
Because the pattern sheet is separate from the fabric, you can use the cloth we send — or save it and place the design on a garment, a bag or any fabric you like.

Can I make this if I have never embroidered before?+
Each kit includes a stitching guide for its design. The level of detail varies across the range, so choose a project that suits your experience. Read our hand embroidery kit guide, or contact us for help choosing your first design.
How long will it take?+
That depends more on you than on the design. We would rather give you an honest range once we have stitched it a few more times than print a number that makes you feel slow.
What will it cost to ship, and will I be charged on delivery?+
Shipping is free, everywhere. Where the destination supports it, duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so nothing is owed when your order arrives.
Do I need anything that isn't in the box?+
Only a small pair of scissors. Everything else — cloth, threads, hoop, needles, instructions — is included.
Can I return it?+
Unopened kits can be returned within 30 days. Once a kit has been opened we cannot resell it, so we ask that you write to us instead and we will sort it out.
