Digital membership questions
Will my card be charged automatically?+
No. We never charge your card automatically. Month-to-Month is a single $17 purchase of one Edition — we email you when the next opens and you decide whether to join again. The 3-month, 6-month and annual memberships are one payment and do not renew.
Does a Digital membership include anything physical?+
No. A Digital membership is files only. No physical delivery is included.
Which sizes are included?+
3 inch (7.6 cm) · 4 inch (10.1 cm) · 5 inch (12.7 cm) · 6 inch (15.2 cm) · 7 inch (17.7 cm) · 8 inch (20.3 cm) — plus reverse images of the pattern in all six sizes.
Is it the same design as the Physical Club?+
Yes. Every Edition is one design, worked by Physical and Digital members alike.
When do I receive each Edition?+
The September Edition is released on September 10. From October, each Edition is released on the 1st. If the 1st falls on a weekend or public holiday, it moves to the next business day.
How does the video tutorial work?+
A step-by-step video tutorial accompanies each monthly project. Members receive the link directly with their Edition, so there is no need to search for it.
What happens to the archive when my membership ends?+
Archive access runs while your membership is active. For a prepaid membership that is the length of your term; when the term ends, archive access ends. Files you have already downloaded are yours.
